What is included in the registration fee?
Registration to both days of the Event.
A hot breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday are included as well as transfers from the Westin to Align and a shuttle to the airport Saturday at the end of the day.

Is the Hotel Included in the registration fee?
No, the hotel is not included in the registration fee but we will provide a special pricing in The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. Transfers from the Hotel to Align Experience center are included.
Rollover & Cancelation Policy
Key Elements recognizes registrants may need to withdraw from the event. Registration rollovers and cancellation fees are based upon the date the rollover or cancellation notification is received.
• Please send your request to cancel or rollover your tuition to our KE Event IX to hello@keyelements.co.
Registration Rollover
Registration rollovers are restricted to the KE Event IX (in May) only. Any tuition increase will apply. Email your rollover request to hello@keyelements.co. If you cancel your rollover, you will be subject to the same Cancellation Fee Policy under the Cancellation Fees section below. Discounted registration is not eligible for registration rollovers.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees apply to registration and social event tickets purchased. Please email your cancellation request to hello@keyelements.co.
• Until July 15th EST, 2026: Refund minus 5% cancellation fee.
• Between July 16th, 2026 and September 14th, 2026: Refund minus 50% cancellation fee.
• After September 15th, 2026: No Refunds regardless of reason for cancellation including but not limited to communicable diseases and unforeseen personal or world events.

The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport
Located in Raleigh Durham, near the airport, at the heart of the Research Triangle Park. The Westing Raleigh - Durham Airport hotel is 1 few minutes away from the Align Center where the event will be hosted.
It is the meeting point for the shuttle service that we'll take us from the hotel to the center and the fun activity on Friday!
We have a special link to book under our group registration as the hotel is not included in the registration fee.

Depending on where you live people usually do one of these 2 options:
- Arrive on Thursday (one day before) and leave late Saturday after 6-7pm
- Arrive on Thursday (one day before) and leave early Sunday

On Friday we have a group activity in the evening and usually we are going straight after the sessions.
